Using the Uruguayan Grill for Sirloin Steaks

Cooking 2 sirloins, zucchini from the garden, and a couple of peppers on a Uruguayan Grill. A Uruguayan Grill is equipped with a section called a brasero for making embers, and an adjustable grill which tilts to adjust. The user can control cooking temperature either by tilting the grill or by adjusting the coals underneath the grill. The steaks cooked on this video were delicious! See us at www.norcalovenworks.com

    you`re doing agreat job as "asador" wish I could be there to enjoy!
    BTW where did u learn about uruguayan grill? Nice device, looks a "flat" variation of "medio tanque" grill. I think medio tanque concentrates heat better because its literally a "half steel drum" that gather embers , and is vfrequently covered with refractary bricks .
    That super nice steaks look great for "chivito"
