  1. This is the most ridiculous thing I have seen all week! And I just finished watching Chef John slap a  giant demi-glace around like it was basaltic gelatin! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

  2. Finger lickin' + lookin' good Larry!
You can't go wrong with leg quarters, they are very forgiving on the grill. I use this basic method most of the time but I start with skin side down…don't ask me why, it must have been some decree from that Missouri judge I ran a-fowl of 😉  I also like to double baste with the sauce to give that sticky "need more napkins" mustache effect.
The consultants recommended a more remote reciprocal option, but I disavowed any knowledge of their actions, (if you know what I mean…)  [>> wink wink, nudge nudge<<]  And as always, this comment will self destruct in three…two…o ~~

  3. I like this recipe but I brined the chicken so it took more time to get done, actually a lot more time but it was delicious after the extra cooking time!

  4. Thanks for the video! It was literally my first time grilling in my life, followed your directions and the chicken thighs/leg was the best, most tender chicken I've ever had in my life. Thanks again!

  5. Thank you for posting this video. I have a Weber Q2200 and am going to attempt to make bbq chicken. The grill only has one burner, so I am not able to cook the chicken the way you did. I assume I can just cook at a lower temperature. Your chicken looked amazing at the end!
    Thanks again.
