Chef Patrick Heuberger shows us how to cook steaks the traditional way – on a frying pan and on a grill pan. He used the Australian Angus 200-days grain-fed ribeye in the first method and the US corn-fed sirloin in the second method. The full written recipe can be found at http://bit.ly/1Fn47sh.

  1. I thought the French like their steak rare? 2 minutes each side is too long for me, and 3 minutes is right out. Also I don't like the idea of burnt pepper on my steak, I season with pepper AFTER cooking.

  2. I love to view the different cooks and have tried some of the recipes. Who do the comments have to do so bad. For instant the F word and others. If you are not pleased with them then say so but not like that!!!!

  3. No matter which steak video you watch, you will find people in comments section nitpicking as if they are head chefs at a fucking Michelin 3 star restaurant. He didn't do this right, that right, he was holding his dick while cooking, man fuck this shit.
A top comment that he is letting it sit on a rack, other says that never poke with a fork, what the fuck is wrong with you. For God's sake he gently lifted and flipped it, he wasnt trying to make holes to put his dick inside it.

Most of you people don't even know how to buy a good cut of steak, let alone cook it right. If you are that good of a chef why don't you make a video and post it and then watch other self proclaimed chefs rip your ass apart in comments.
