How to Cook Hamburgers on Your Charcoal Grill Using Direct and Indirect Heat

Cooking Hamburgers on your Charcoal Grill can be some of the best hamburgers you will ever have. Especially if you use the Direct Heat and Indirect Heat process and smoke them. I used Kingsford Hickory Charcoal and smoked my hamburgers on Indirect Heat. They were so good!!

  2. Everything looked great Deb. There needs to be a lot more videos like this and a lot more people need to watch them. It's been my experience that when most people cook hamburgers on a grill they are still to pink inside or they're cooked till they're so tough it's like biting the sole of a shoe. And many people make them so thick that by the time you put them on a bun it is impossible to take a bite unless you can unhinge your jaw like a snake. =)
