We take our steaks seriously at RED. Our Chef’s use traditional and unique cooking preparations, rarely seen these days, to guarantee a moist and tender steak every time.
To begin, all steaks are brined in Chef’s secret recipe for a minimum of 6 hours, with some up to 48 hours, and then marinated in our special Arabica recipe.
In preparation prior to cooking, steaks are placed in our specially built and sealed cabinet to bring them to temperature. (no more blood on your plate like many other experiences)
Our custom grill has been fastidiously designed and hand crafted specifically for RED Steakhouse & Burger Bar. The steak is placed on the heavy cast iron grill over a charcoal box to seal the meat. The steak is then moved to the custom cast iron and ceramic grill.
Once cooked, your steak is placed on our heated resting bench to provide that perfect finish every time. We brush your steak with secret baste and flame it just before serving.
